The Avalex Administration Portal is your central command center for managing every aspect of the software licensing lifecycle. From issuing licenses and onboarding customers to monitoring real-time validation attempts and auditing staff activity, the portal brings all administrative capabilities together in a single, permission-controlled web interface.

Products

Define your software products, set license requirements, configure subscription billing periods, and establish default IP and HWID slot limits.

Licenses

Issue licenses to customers, manage HWID and IP bindings, adjust expiration dates, and review per-license validation history.

Staff & Roles

Onboard staff with single-use registration keys, create permission-based roles, and deactivate or remove accounts as needed.

Portal Sections

The left-hand sidebar organizes the portal into the following sections:
  • Dashboard — A high-level summary of your instance: active licenses, recent orders, and validation statistics at a glance.
  • Customers — Create and manage customer records, including contact details, social handles, and internal notes.
  • Products — Define the software products your organization sells and configure their licensing behavior.
  • Licenses — Issue new licenses, inspect existing ones, edit slot limits, remove IP or HWID bindings, and extend expiration dates.
  • Validations — View a real-time stream of all validation attempts across every license, with color-coded success and failure indicators.
  • Staff & Roles — Manage staff accounts and the roles that govern what each person can see and do in the portal.
  • Audit Log — Access a searchable, chronological record of every entity mutation performed by any staff member.
You must be logged in as a staff member with the appropriate permissions to access each section. The Master Admin account has unrestricted access to everything in the portal.
